Let’s talk about coping with unmet expectations. There can be grief around having certain expectations on things both in and out of our grieving experience.
Because of that, I wanted to address unmet expectations and talk about some tools and mindset shifts that we can use to be realistic with our expectations.
And, how to cope with unmet expectations so you can process your loss(es) in a healthy way and mitigate any disappointment or hurt from those around you.
